    <title>ANÁLISE DE VIABILIDADE ECONÔMICA DO PROJETO DE APROVEITAMENTO ENERGÉTICO DE BIOMASSA DE ALGODÃO EM UMA INDÚSTRIA DE FIAÇÃO</title>
    <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/13234</link>
    <description>Título: ANÁLISE DE VIABILIDADE ECONÔMICA DO PROJETO DE APROVEITAMENTO ENERGÉTICO DE BIOMASSA DE ALGODÃO EM UMA INDÚSTRIA DE FIAÇÃO
Abstract: The present work shows the analysis of the economic feasibility of the project for the &#xD;
acquisition of a pellet mill, aiming to replace the conventional eucalyptus biomass by the &#xD;
Micropowder generated by the textile industry studied. To find an appropriate destination &#xD;
for this waste, a project was developed that aims to use it through pelletizing, allowing it &#xD;
to be used in the boiler together with chips. The research considered three distinct&#xD;
scenarios: optimistic, probable and pessimistic, with biomass replacement rates defined &#xD;
for each of them. The results showed that, with a replacement of 8.83% of chips by &#xD;
Micropó, it had the highest NPV (R$ 32,855.25) and an IRR of 20%, with a projected &#xD;
Payback of 4.17 years. In the probable scenario, with an exchange of 7.06%, the NPV &#xD;
reached R$ 11,341.19 and the IRR was 14%, while the Payback was calculated at 5.22 &#xD;
years. In the pessimistic scenario, it resulted in 4.41% of Microdust, the NPV was &#xD;
negative at R$ 20,754.18, with an IRR of 3% and Payback of 8.34 years. It was possible &#xD;
to evaluate the potential use of cotton biomass in the boiler feed as an alternative to add &#xD;
value to the waste and, thus, enable the return on investment.

    <title>ANÁLISE DO CUSTO DA CESTA BÁSICA DE ALIMENTOS E PODER DE COMPRA EM NOVA ANDRADINA-MS</title>
    <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/13066</link>
    <description>Título: ANÁLISE DO CUSTO DA CESTA BÁSICA DE ALIMENTOS E PODER DE COMPRA EM NOVA ANDRADINA-MS
Abstract: This study analyzed the variation in the cost of the basic food basket in Nova Andradina-MS, between March and August 2025, and its relationship with the purchasing power of the minimum wage. The research, of a quantitative and descriptive nature, applied the DIEESE methodology adapted to the local context, with weekly price collection in supermarkets of the municipality. The results showed strong volatility in fresh products such as potatoes and tomatoes, influenced by climatic and seasonal factors, and significant increases in industrialized goods, such as coffee and soybean oil, affected by the production chain and the international market. It was found that the cost of the basic food basket consumes a large portion of workers’ income, making the minimum wage insufficient to meet the basic needs established by the Brazilian Constitution. It is concluded that the gap between income and living costs reinforces social inequalities and highlights the importance of public policies to strengthen family farming, encourage direct commercialization, and ensure continuous price monitoring.

    <title>A Importância do Sistema de Gestão Ambiental (SGA) para as Organizações</title>
    <link>https://repositorio.ufms.br/handle/123456789/13042</link>
    <description>Título: A Importância do Sistema de Gestão Ambiental (SGA) para as Organizações
Abstract: In recent years, growing environmental concerns have driven organizations to adopt sustainable practices in their&#xD;
operations. In this context, the Environmental Management System (EMS) has emerged as a strategic tool for&#xD;
integrating environmental management into organizational management. The overall objective of this paper is to&#xD;
demonstrate the importance of EMSs for organizations and the environment. Among the specific objectives, it also&#xD;
aims to differentiate EMSs from specific environmental actions, explain the main points of the ISO 14001:2015&#xD;
standard, and present case studies of Brazilian companies that hold this certification. The methodology used was&#xD;
bibliographic research, based on books, scientific articles, reports, and technical standards, with a historical and&#xD;
comparative approach. The results demonstrate that adopting a structured EMS contributes to reducing&#xD;
environmental impacts, the efficient use of resources, and improving the institutional image. It also demonstrates&#xD;
that ISO 14001 certification has been growing in Brazil, although still concentrated in industrialized regions. It is&#xD;
concluded that the implementation of the EMS, supported by the PDCA cycle and the commitment of senior&#xD;
management, is a competitive advantage that makes it possible to align economic development, social&#xD;
responsibility and environmental preservation.

    <description>Título: GESTÃO DA APRENDIZAGEM: UMA ABORDAGEM DO CICLO PDCA PARA ELEVAÇÃO DO RENDIMENTO DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA EM AVALIAÇÕES EXTERNAS
Abstract: The pursuit of better results in education has motivated governments to &#xD;
implement actions capable of generating significant impacts, similarly to how &#xD;
companies adopt tools that optimize decisions and deliver significant results. &#xD;
Considering the potential of these tools in the educational context, this case study applied the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act) in a public school in the state network of Nova Andradina – MS, in the first semester of 2025, in order to obtain better results in the mathematics indicators of basic education in Brazil. The study focused on the 4th A and B, 5th A, and 9th A classes. The PDCA cycle was implemented with the support of Brainstorming and 5W1H tools, enabling systematic monitoring of actions and guidance on efficient pedagogical strategies. In short, at the end of the cycle, it 2 was possible to standardize practices that assist teachers and administrators in making more assertive decisions, promoting continuous improvement in student performance and consolidating a culture of improvement in the school.
