Título: COMUNICAÇÃO ESTRATÉGICA PARA ECOSSISTEMAS DE INOVAÇÃO: Manual para Uso do Instagram pelo Ecossistema de Inovação de Naviraí/MS
Abstract: Innovation ecosystems have consolidated as fundamental structures for economic, social, and technological development, characterized by the interaction between multiple actors and the absence of rigid hierarchies. In this context, communication assumes a strategic role by contributing to the articulation, governance, and engagement of ecosystem participants. This study aims to discuss communication in innovation ecosystems, focusing on Instagram as a strategic channel, and to support the development of a communication manual applied to the Innovation Ecosystem of Naviraí/MS. Methodologically, this is applied research with a qualitative approach, using exploratory and descriptive objectives, conducted through bibliographic and documentary research, and benchmarking other innovation ecosystems. The results show that Instagram can be understood as a digital orchestration instrument, capable of aligning narratives, articulating actors, strengthening governance, and expanding institutional legitimacy. Based on the systematization of identified best practices, a communication manual was developed—presented as an appendix—which guides the operationalization of ecosystem communication on the platform. The study contributes theoretically by reinforcing communication as a central dimension of orchestration in innovation ecosystems and, practically, by offering an instrument applicable to communication management in territorial innovation contexts.

Título: DESAFIOS E OPORTUNIDADES NO RECRUTAMENTO E SELEÇÃO DE PCDS EM COOPERATIVAS AGROINDUSTRIAIS DE MATO GROSSO DO SUL
Abstract: ABSTRACT
This article discusses the challenges and opportunities in the recruitment and selection of People with Disabilities (PwDs) in agro-industrial cooperatives, considering that access to the labor market is guaranteed to persons with disabilities under Law No. 8.213/91. The objective is to investigate the challenges and opportunities present in the recruitment and selection processes of PwDs in agro-industrial cooperatives in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The theoretical framework addresses issues related to the inclusion of PwDs, recruitment and selection, and human resource management. In view of the objectives and principles of this research, data were collected through semi-structured interviews conducted with five cooperatives operating in Mato Grosso do Sul. This is a qualitative study with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results indicate that although the rights of persons with disabilities are legally guaranteed, there are still many difficulties in ensuring that this right is understood and naturally and effectively implemented within organizations, such as through cooperative apprenticeship programs for PwDs. In order to transform this reality, structural investment in education is necessary to prepare and qualify these individuals for the labor market.

FOFOCAS NO AMBIENTE ORGANIZACIONAL: Uma Análise Bibliométrica da Produção Científica Global (2020-2025)

Título: FOFOCAS NO AMBIENTE ORGANIZACIONAL: Uma Análise Bibliométrica da Produção Científica Global (2020-2025)
Abstract: Gossip is a social phenomenon present in all social relationships, including organizational contexts, where it influences interpersonal relations, informal communication, and workplace perceptions. Given the relevance of this topic, this study aimed to analyze the global scientific production on gossip, with particular emphasis on the organizational context, between 2020 and 2025, using a bibliometric approach. The research was based on 305 articles indexed in the Scopus database and analyzed with the support of VOSviewer software. The findings indicate a growth in publications over the examined period and reveal that the literature is primarily structured around relational and communicational dimensions, as well as the distinction between positive and negative gossip, mediated by processes of evaluation and perception. Based on these results, the study highlights practical implications for organizations, emphasizing the importance of human resource management strategies focused on improving internal communication, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and preventing conflicts arising from informal communication. It is concluded that, although gossip is often associated with negative effects, understanding it as a complex social phenomenon may support more informed managerial practices aligned with the informal dynamics of the workplace.
