Abstract: The objective of the work was to identify the characteristics of the digital influence process in the country segment. The specific objectives were: a) to understand the characteristics of the followers of an influencer in the country segment; b) understand the main reasons why one follows an influencer and brands in the country segment; c) identify the relationship between the dissemination and purchase of country segment products. A descriptive, quantitative survey was carried out with data collected through a questionnaire, obtaining 123 respondents. As for the profile, the majority of respondents are women aged between 16 and 23 and mainly live in the Brazilian center-west, with the majority following more than 10 digital influencers. Regarding its proximity to the country theme, music was the most cited factor. As for the attributes to follow an influencer, the main factor is content, credibility and admiration. Young people value content and authenticity, adults prioritize the credibility and expertise of influencers. The majority of respondents follow country brands on Instagram and the main reason is to keep up with the latest news. The research results expand the literature in the area, especially on the country segment. No published literature was found on the topic.

Abstract: This work carried out an analysis on fleet outsourcing in health in public institutions, addressing theoretical aspects on the subject, advantages and disadvantages of fleet outsourcing in health, regulation of fleet outsourcing in health and studies on fleet outsourcing in public and private hospitals, as well as in rescue ambulances. This is a bibliographic research, of a qualitative and exploratory nature.The results showed that fleet outsourcing in healthcare can bring advantages such as cost reduction, availability and flexibility of vehicles and increased efficiency in vehicle management, but it can also present disadvantages such as loss of control over the fleet and dependence on the outsourced company. The strategic management of fleet outsourcing in healthcare is essential to maximize the advantages and minimize the disadvantages. In addition, the regulation of fleet outsourcing in healthcare can ensure the safety and quality of transportation services in healthcare, protecting both patients and the healthcare institution. Thus, fleet outsourcing in health can be a viable alternative for the management of transportation services in health, as long as it is carried out strategically and responsibly, taking into account the particularities and needs of health institutions.

Abstract: This paper aims to investigate the perception of employees from two meat-packing companies located in the Southern Cone Region of the state of Mato Grosso do Sul (MS) in relation to the implementation of the 5S methodology. To this end, the literature review discusses quality management and the 5S philosophy. We made a descriptive quantitative research, through the application of a structured questionnaire, obtaining 119 responses. As a result, there is a wide acceptance of the program by respondents, evidenced by high percentages of recognition, contribution and usefulness, as well as a high level of familiarity on the part of the employees who participated in the research. However, it is important to note that there was a low representation of operational-level positions among respondents (10.93%). This may indicate several situations, such as limited accessibility to the internet and technologies in general, the lack of encouragement from management to involve the operation in this type of program or even the lack of interest on the part of employees working on the factory floor. We concluded that employees' perception regarding the 5S program is generally positive.

Abstract: Financial education has become a very important skill for today's society, with many benefits, especially for young people in the workforce. Thus, the present study aims to identify the benefits of financial education in the life of young people in the workforce. To achieve this goal, a theoretical essay was used as a method, based on bibliographical research using a qualitative approach. The results revealed that financial education is a transformative element in people's lives, especially for young people entering the workforce. It helps them make more assertive decisions about their finances and build a stable financial future. It also makes citizens more aware of the financial world. In addition, financial education reduces stress and anxiety levels related to financial issues, which can help young people become more productive and committed employees, positively impacting businesses.
