Abstract: The need for the implementation of a Training Center (T.C.) is directly related to the history and
development of Naviraí/MS’s football club, Naviraiense, which will celebrate its 21st anniversary on
November 25, 2026. The creation of this sports facility represents an important step toward the
professionalization of the club’s infrastructure, providing better conditions for training, athlete
development, and the overall strengthening of the institution. In addition to meeting the sporting
demands of Naviraiense, the Training Center has the potential to generate positive impacts throughout
the city. Facilities of this nature go beyond their exclusively sporting function, becoming part of the
municipality’s social, urban, and economic dynamics. Its implementation can contribute to expanding
leisure opportunities, encouraging sports participation, promoting community integration, and
strengthening the population’s sense of belonging to both the club and the city. The project aims to serve
as a catalyst for local development, considering that Naviraí currently faces a shortage of spaces
dedicated to sports, recreation, and social interaction. In this context, the Training Center emerges as
an opportunity for urban improvement and sports development, offering infrastructure that is
compatible with both the current demands of football and the scale of the municipality. Therefore, the
implementation of the T.C. is expected to represent a significant transformation in the local sports
landscape, improving the quality of football training and practice, encouraging the development of
young athletes, and consolidating football as an important tool for the social, cultural, and economic
development of Naviraí/MS.

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the issue of violence against women from the past to the present day.
This has become a major problem in society, affecting many women of all ages, social classes
and ethnicities, and is mainly influenced by gender inequality and machismo. The main objective
of this paper is to seek solutions to this problem by proposing the creation of a shelter space for
these victims of violence, bringing them safety, comfort and well-being. To create this shelter,
several studies and data collections were carried out regarding the creation of a shelter for women
victims of domestic violence to serve the municipality of Naviraí. This paper advocates the use
of architecture to strengthen the protection of women in society.

Abstract: This Final Graduation Project proposes an architectural design for a guesthouse located in the district of Camisão, in Aquidauana-MS, that goes beyond physical planning. The objective is to integrate functionality, aesthetics, and local cultural values, recognizing that guesthouses are not merely lodging facilities, but also expressions of the landscapes, stories, and traditions in which they are situated. In regions such as the Pantanal, marked by environmental and cultural richness, architecture must act as a mediator of authentic experiences. The evolution of lodging reveals how spaces of shelter and hospitality reflect social and cultural contexts. From early accommodations to contemporary guesthouses, there is a continuous relationship between space, territory, and experience. The guesthouse typology stands out for its emphasis on personalization, environmental integration, and local value, distinguishing it from conventional models such as hotels and large-scale resorts. In the Pantanal, for instance, the transition from rustic rural structures to guesthouses focused on ecotourism reflects a growing demand for authenticity and sustainability. This requires an architecture that is sensitive to the landscape, prioritizing regional materials, thermal comfort, cross ventilation, and the use of natural resources, in line with the principles of sustainable design. More than functional buildings, guesthouses are spaces for human experience. The architectural project must promote interaction between visitors, nature, and the local community, respecting heritage and encouraging local development. Thus, the guesthouse in Camisão aims to be an example of how architecture and tourism can work together to enhance regional identity and preserve the environment.
