Abstract: The notion of literacy currently focuses on theoretical and methodological discussions, in order to consider the children of today—media and digital children who are not like those of the past and therefore do not respond in the same way to traditional teaching methods. Literacy as the sole and exclusive concept is no longer considered; now it is accompanied by reading comprehension, and together they work on reading and writing with children.
