    <summary type="text">Título: ARENA PÚBLICA DE MULHERES: UM ESTUDO A PARTIR DO OBSERVATÓRIO DE INOVAÇÃO SOCIAL DA FRONTEIRA BRASIL-BOLÍVIA
Abstract: The struggle of women in Brazil is constant, since violence and inequalities are recurring terms when referred to this gender. This fight has gained space on the political agenda over the decades, which can be exemplified by the recent Law 14,611/2023, which provides for equal pay in identical positions and functions between women and men. However, the institutional apparatus has not guaranteed women's rights to have a dignified, fair and equal life, especially on the Brazil (Corumbá and Ladário) - Bolivia (Puerto Quijarro and Puerto Suárez) border, where this research was carried out. Given this, the objective of this study is to identify how the public arena of support, reception and promotion of women's rights is configured, based on the practices and experiences of organizations that mobilize to meet the demands of women on the Brazil-Bolivia border. This research adopts a qualitative approach, for exploratory and descriptive purposes. The data was collected through bibliographic, documentary and cartographic research, carried out through the OBISFRON platform, where 12 social innovation and support initiatives that act directly in the public arena of women were identified. The main results revealed that civil society initiatives work with community actions aimed at generating income, in order to achieve their autonomy. Contrary to this, the Public Power has acted solely with actions aimed at violence. In other words, there is a lack of dialogue and collaborative management in this confrontation. Therefore, studying social innovation through public arenas has made it possible to understand the developments of action in depth, to visualize historical and urgent public problems on this frontier and to illuminate the collective efforts of civil society, which, faced with these difficulties, carries out countless actions in the territory.

    <title>NÃO MEXA NA MINHA MERENDA: AVALIAÇÃO DOS ESTUDANTES SOBRE A ALIMENTAÇÃO ESCOLAR EM CORUMBÁ/MS</title>

    <summary type="text">Título: NÃO MEXA NA MINHA MERENDA: AVALIAÇÃO DOS ESTUDANTES SOBRE A ALIMENTAÇÃO ESCOLAR EM CORUMBÁ/MS
Abstract: The National School Meal Program is an extremely important public policy for ensuring food and nutritional security in Brazil, whose main objective is to offer food to all students in public basic education in the country (daycare centers and primary and secondary schools – at the municipal, state and federal levels). Foods that cover their nutritional needs throughout the school period, contributing to the growth and development of students, in addition to improving school performance. However, quality school meals in Brazil have many adversities and dysfunctions, the biggest of which is the budgetary matrix, as the amount transferred by the federal government is low and has a small counterpart from the states and municipalities and, in total, they are insufficient to that schools offer quality food throughout the semester. Therefore, the general objective of this research is to evaluate the Pnae from the perspective of students, children and adolescents who consume this food (or should consume it), being direct beneficiaries of this policy. Methodologically, this research (quanti-qualitative) was operationalized through bibliographical and documentary research and the application of 453 questionnaires with students from 4 state schools in Corumbá (MS). The main results show that the majority of students are women and mixed race. The right to school meals of nutritional quality has not been operationalized in state schools in Corumbá/MS, as it was evident that little hot food is offered (rice, pasta, salad, beans, meat, others), with a large dominance of ultra-processed foods in the snacks, such as juice, cookies and soft drinks. This affects the nutritional health of schoolchildren, especially since, for most of them, school meals are their main meal of the day. We are, then, faced with a management problem, particularly Administration, which has always played a crucial role in responding to and promoting transformative solutions and innovations in society, such as, for example, the evaluation of public policies, as was carried out in this conclusion work of course.

    <summary type="text">Título: QUALIDADE DE VIDA NO TRABALHO: UMA ANÁLISE DA PERCEPÇÃO DOS COLABORADORES DE UMA EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTES
Abstract: Quality of life at work (QWL) has been a topic that is widely targeted and studied within organizations, in order to improve the work environment. Knowing that for the development of the organization, achieving goals and promising results, the organization depends on its employees, the quality of life at work is directly linked to satisfaction, motivation, well-being, physical and psychological health of employees inside and outside the company. organization. In this sense, the present study aims to analyze the perception of employees of a transport company through the parameters of QWL assessment. To this end, a quantitative survey was carried out among employees, using the model developed by Walton (1973), which addresses 8 factors of the QWL theory. The results showed a high number of satisfaction in relation to the factors evaluated, with fair and adequate compensation, working conditions, constitutionalism, work and total living space being the factors with the greatest satisfaction, while the factors that employees responded as neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, demonstrating indifference and needing attention from the organization. The factors being the use and development of capabilities, opportunities for growth and security, social integration and social relevance of work life. In order for there to be satisfaction, motivation and physical and psychological health of employees, the implementation of QWL programs within the organization is essential, as the negative impact on quality of life at work leads to low productivity and sick employees.

Abstract: Faced with major environmental catastrophes caused by large companies in the market and&#xD;
with the need to adopt sustainable measures in the organization's performance, the&#xD;
Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) has been fundamental to achieving&#xD;
efficient use of green strategies and environmental management practices to contribute&#xD;
positively for the environmental sustainability of the organization. GHRM is based on&#xD;
5 dimensions: green training, green performance management, recruitment and selection&#xD;
green, green involvement, reward and green remuneration that help&#xD;
environmental development in each employee with the intention of achieving goals&#xD;
business. This research aims to investigate the communications of&#xD;
green management of people in companies listed on the B3 Stock Exchange. The data will be&#xD;
collected through the technique of document analysis and analysis of their contents. You&#xD;
reports analyzed referred to the ten most valuable companies and ten&#xD;
least valuable on the Brazilian stock exchange B3. The results showed that the ten&#xD;
more valuable companies have a greater number of stretches and more&#xD;
elaborated compared to the ten least valuable. In this way, it was verified that&#xD;
companies that invest more in GHRM can achieve better economic performance&#xD;
on the Brazilian stock exchange B3.
