Abstract: Consumer behavior has become a highly relevant topic in the fitness industry, especially due to&#xD;
the growth of the fitness market and the increasing consumer demand regarding the quality of&#xD;
services provided. In this context, the present study aimed to analyze the factors that influence&#xD;
consumer behavior and customer loyalty in gyms located in the city of Aquidauana/MS. The&#xD;
research was characterized as quantitative, descriptive, bibliographic, and field-based, using a&#xD;
structured questionnaire applied to gym members as the data collection instrument. The&#xD;
collected data were organized and analyzed through graphs and tables, allowing the&#xD;
interpretation of the results based on the theoretical framework concerning consumer behavior,&#xD;
service quality, and customer loyalty. The results showed that factors such as equipment&#xD;
quality, staff service, instructors’ technical competence, environment organization, and safety&#xD;
during exercises directly influence customer satisfaction and retention in gyms. A high level of&#xD;
overall satisfaction, intention to continue attending the gym, and willingness to recommend the&#xD;
gym to friends and family was also observed, demonstrating positive customer behavior&#xD;
regarding the services provided. It was concluded that customer loyalty is related not only to&#xD;
the gym’s physical structure, but also to the quality of customer service, customer relationships,&#xD;
and the perception of value offered by the services.

Abstract: This case study examines the main challenges and opportunities for sustainability in agribusiness through an analysis of the JBS unit in Anastácio-MS. The research identifies the company’s advances in traceability, circular economy practices, and resource efficiency, as well as persistent challenges related to monitoring indirect suppliers and reducing water and energy consumption. The study highlights opportunities for expanding transparency, adopting low-carbon technologies, and strengthening local sustainability strategies. The findings reinforce the importance of integrating innovation, governance, and environmental responsibility to promote sustainable development in the sector.

    <summary type="text">Título: Impacto dos Programas de Fidelidade no Comportamento de Compra dos Consumidores em Aquidauana/MS: Um Estudo de Caso do Supermercado Atlântico
Abstract: This article analyzes how the loyalty program Clube A of Supermercado Atlântico (Aquidauana/MS, Brazil) influences purchasing behavior and customer retention. A descriptive, quantitative case‑study design was applied, using a structured questionnaire. Findings reveal high awareness and adherence to the program, with exclusive discounts as the main driver and personalized offers increasing engagement. Improvements are recommended regarding digital accessibility (especially for older users), reward diversification and rule clarity. We conclude loyalty relies on immediate economic benefits combined with experience and personalization, underscoring the strategic role of loyalty programs in local retail.

    <summary type="text">Título: ADOÇÃO DE TECNOLOGIAS AGRÍCOLAS NA PRODUÇÃO AGROPECUÁRIA: UM  ESTUDO DE CASO NA FAZENDA IGUAÇU NO MUNICÍPIO DE AQUIDAUANA/MS
Abstract: The present study aims to analyze the adoption of technological innovations and management &#xD;
practices at Fazenda Iguaçu, located in the municipality of Aquidauana/MS, highlighting its &#xD;
contribution to productivity and agricultural management. The method used was a qualitative &#xD;
case study, with semi-structured interviews applied to the general manager and the owner, in &#xD;
addition to direct observations of the productive practices.The results demonstrate that the farm &#xD;
adopts conventional and incremental technologies, such as soil correction and fertilization, the &#xD;
use of seeds with biotechnology, crop-livestock integration (ILP), fixed-time artificial &#xD;
insemination (ATF), and basic management software. These practices contributed to the &#xD;
increase in productive efficiency, the standardization of the herd, and the sustainability of &#xD;
operations.It is concluded that, although Fazenda Iguaçu does not yet utilize advanced digital &#xD;
tools from Agriculture 4.0, the gradual adoption of innovations compatible with its technical &#xD;
and economic reality represents a clear example of the technology diffusion process described &#xD;
by Rogers, especially regarding the perception of relative advantage and the search for long&#xD;
term sustainability.  &#xD;
