    <summary type="text">Título: Limitações e aspectos promotores para a alimentação saudável em pessoas idosas: uma revisão de literatura narrativa
Abstract: Aging is a natural process of human life that occurs differently for each individual. The challenges of this stage become more evident with population aging, especially regarding food, which is influenced by changes in the digestive process and in the functional capacity of older adults. Healthy and balanced eating plays an essential role in maintaining tissue nutrition and body functioning, ensuring better quality of life. This narrative literature review aimed to describe and identify the main limitations and factors that promote healthy eating among older adults. The search for articles was carried out in the SciELO and CAPES Journal databases, using the descriptors “older adults AND eating habits,” “older adults AND nutritionist,” “older adults AND eating behavior,” “older adults AND income,” “older adults AND mastication,” “older adults AND caregivers,” and “older adults AND autonomy.” Studies from the last 11 years identified economic, social, and physiological aspects as barriers, including tooth loss or absence, sensory and cognitive changes. In contrast, social and family support, autonomy, the work of health professionals, physical activity, care, and the effectiveness of public policies were identified as facilitators for adequate eating habits. It is concluded that eating behavior is multifactorial, requiring a critical approach and attention to both health and the dietary practices of older adults.&#xD;

    <summary type="text">Título: Efeito da ansiedade na relação entre motivação e desempenho dos estudantes
Abstract: This study aims to verify the effect of anxiety on the relationship between motivation and performance. To this end, a descriptive quantitative study was conducted, with the population comprising business students from a public higher education institution, and data collection was done through a questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation had positive direct effects on academic performance. Regarding anxiety, it was found that both extrinsic and intrinsic motivation show positive relationships. This indicates that high levels of motivation may be associated with higher levels of anxiety. However, the direct effect of anxiety on performance was not statistically significant, indicating that anxiety, although influenced by motivation, does not directly affect academic performance. Thus, it is concluded based on the findings that anxiety does not constitute a relevant channel of influence between motivation and academic performance in this model.

    <summary type="text">Título: Cooperação no meio rural: uma análise da percepção dos produtores rurais
Abstract: Cooperation is important when people support each other in groups when facing difficulties, enjoying the benefits in pursuit of mutual interest. Understanding the perception of rural producers becomes an important tool to strengthen the rural environment and provide producers' families and organizations present in rural areas with confidence in the product or service provided. This research aims to analyze the perception of rural producers regarding cooperation, identifying the elements and the concept generated by them. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured face-to-face interviews with four rural producers from the Teijin and Itamarati Settlements, located in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. The results demonstrate that the producers understand that cooperation is linked to the work carried out by several people who have a common goal. Among the elements identified as essential for cooperation, the following stand out: communication, respect, solidarity, common goal, empathy, goodwill, patience and, above all, trust. Trust was identified by all interviewees as an indispensable condition for cooperation to materialize, because without it, it is not possible to establish lasting partnerships, share responsibilities, or ensure that benefits are distributed fairly.

    <summary type="text">Título: Avaliação preliminar das operações de extração de Calycophyllum multiflorum e secagem para obtenção do extrato seco para produção de fitoterápicos
Abstract: The growing global concern about antimicrobial resistance promotes research into new&#xD;
active compounds used to overcome the adaptability of multi-resistant bacteria, with&#xD;
nature being a source of diverse alternatives with adjuvant properties for the development&#xD;
of new herbal medicines. A previous study by the PRONABIO - INQUI- UFMS research&#xD;
group revealed that Calycophyllum multiflorum leaf extract showed synergism in&#xD;
combination with the antibiotics ampicillin and ciprofloxacin against resistant strains of&#xD;
Staphylococcus aureus, S. pseudointermedius, Enterococcus faecium, Pseudomonas&#xD;
aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii. Therefore, the objective of this work was to&#xD;
carry out a bibliographical review of the main unit extraction and drying operations used&#xD;
in the industrial process of obtaining the dry extract for the production of a new herbal&#xD;
medicine or antibiotic adjuvant agent. In this sense, the most used and viable techniques&#xD;
in the production of dry extracts of natural products were evaluated and a proposal for the&#xD;
flow of the complete production process was presented. The extraction technique&#xD;
evaluated was percolation, as it is the main method used for thermosensitive substances,&#xD;
is low cost, easy to implement and capable of extracting large quantities of product.&#xD;
Furthermore, Percolation extraction has ethanol as the main organic solvent used, as it is&#xD;
easily recovered in later stages and can extract polar and non-polar molecules, generating&#xD;
lower costs. For drying, the spray drying operation was evaluated, defined as the main&#xD;
technique as it is used for temperature-sensitive products, guarantees stability of the dry&#xD;
extract and is a quick operation. For drying by spray drying, the use of a drying adjuvant&#xD;
was analyzed, highlighting colloidal silicon dioxide, which favors the concentration of&#xD;
solids and increases drying efficiency. Furthermore, a pre-drying operation was examined&#xD;
to increase the solids content for better process performance, thus highlighting the falling&#xD;
film evaporator, which allows the evaporation of heat-sensitive products. Based on the&#xD;
literature review, this work can be used as a basis for more advanced studies on the&#xD;
development of new herbal medicines.
